We frequently act for women who find that their husband (or partner) has either left them out of their will or only left them a small amount.
In most cases, we represent women in this situation on a "no win no fee" basis where they will not pay us anything unless the case is successful, and even then we normally get paid out of the Estate in addition to the money awarded to our clients.
